Friend Community Healthcare System is dedicated to promoting wellness for everyone in the community. Our wellness center includes an elliptical, treadmill, exercise bikes, NuStep exercise machine, Bowflex gym, free weights, and plenty of room for open exercise.

Before using the Wellness Center for the first time, all members must sign a liability waiver form and receive equipment orientation. This may be done by visiting the reception desk at Zimmer Medical Clinic between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

There is no fee to use the wellness center and it is open from 5:00 am - 10:00 pm, daily. If you have any questions, please call 402.947.2541.
