Resume
LPN – Nights – Full-Time
Purpose
The position of LPN will provide care within their scope of practice and assist the RN with all patient care duties. The LPN must have knowledge of emergency care and will work under the supervision of the RN.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as appropriate and instructed
- Perform patient care within scope of practice
- Measure and record patient vital signs
- Provide basic nursing care such as wound care, etc
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure proper care for patients
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for more than (4) hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift at least (50) pounds.
- Must have clear communication skills.
- Must be able to remain calm and collected during an emergent situation.
- Active Nebraska LPN license required
- Active BLS required
- ACLS and PALS required six months after starting
Nurse – PRN
Purpose
The RN will perform patient care in all facets within their scope of practice. They will act as the charge nurse on the floor and ensure proper patient care is being administered at all times.
Responsibilities
- Act as Charge Nurse when necessary
- Perform patient care within scope of practice
- Administer medications as directed by physician
- Use assessments to develop a patient care plan and communicate care plan to patients
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for more than (4) hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift at least (50) pounds.
- Must have clear communication skills.
- Must be able to remain calm and collected during an emergent situation.
- Active RN license required in Nebraska

Cook – PRN
Purpose
The purpose of the Cook is to prepare and provide nutritional meals to patients and the community. This role will cook meals for patients, community members who come to the kitchen at the lunch hours, and meals on wheels participants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare nutritional meals
- Prep food for future meals
- Serve and package meals on wheels meals
- Prep and package meals for the grab N’ go for employees
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Active food handler’s permit required
- Experience in a kitchen preferred
